Each doll is designed and created by hand in a studio in Switzerland.

Joujou Little World dolls are made using French, Japanese, and American linen
and cotton. 100% European wool felt is used to create doll clothes and
accessories. Each dolls' outfit is unique, often made using natural materials.

Our dolls are designed for gentle play only for kids 3 years and older as well as

At this time we accept PayPal and Credit cards and Twint if you are in Switzerland.
How are dolls packaged?
Each Joujou Little World doll arrives in a cotton bag with a
handcrafted tag, safely packaged in a pale pink silk paper. If you purchase one of
our dolls as a present for someone very special, we wrap the parcel with beautiful
gift paper at no additional charge. Please note this when making your purchase.
How long will I have to wait for my doll to arrive?
If you order a doll that is currently displayed in the shop, with no
personal embroidery or other additional modifications, the doll will be sent in 1-2
working days. For bespoke dolls, we usually ask 2 weeks from the time of

Yes! We ship to the address listed on PayPal unless you give other instructions.
What is the shipping time?
within Switzerland: 1-2 working days.
Europe: 5-7 working days.

What is the price of shipping?
It depends on the weight of the package. Please note, we refund any difference if it appears when shipping at a post office. All international sales are final and the buyer is responsible for any import or customer fees that may apply.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. You will be given a tracking number and you can check the status of your package here. Please note, that there is no tracking for packages less than 100g (0.22 lb) like a brooch.
